Digital reading screws other cognitive activities
Reading on a digital screen can impact the way we think and affect other aspects of our life, according to a recent study. Increased screen time at a young age was associated with weaker development of executive function skills. Without cognitive training that book reading provides, you're not developing those skills, which makes it harder to do deeper thinking and other cognitive activities in the future.
