The scarcity mindset stems from the perspective that there's a limited amount of resources, driving individuals to focus on self-preservation and competition. This mindset leads to a fragmented society where people are at war for limited resources. In contrast, the connection worldview, aligned with nature, believes in abundance and interconnection. Embracing this worldview promotes collaboration and eliminates the need for competition. By shifting from scarcity to sufficiency and certainty to embracing mystery, a more harmonious and cooperative society can be fostered.
