#54 Jason Fried: Doing the Enough Thing
The Knowledge Project with Shane Parrish
How they come up with ideas
The process of generating new ideas involves a team of three individuals who, every six weeks, brainstorm and evaluate potential projects based on what they want to accomplish and feedback from customers. Ideas are discussed, sketched out, and refined over a few weeks before being handed off to a team. The team ensures that the idea is solid and well-formed before passing it on, allowing for a clear path to implementation. This iterative approach enables the team to focus on ideas that are well-developed and feasible within the six-week timeframe.
