Practicing Daily Mind Sweeps for Effective Habits

To encourage regular mind sweeps, suggest a daily checklist to coaching clients. Spend a couple of minutes in the morning and before wrapping up for the day doing a mind sweep. Don't feel pressured to clarify everything at once, just capture it. Also, spend a minute or two before going to sleep and write things down. This practice is easy to learn and can be done daily.
