In a free-spirited, idea-centric company, the unique atmosphere created allows people to be alchemists who transform and create through a seemingly magical process. This atmosphere grants permission for employees to practice magic and not be servants to the system. Trusting and setting employees free is vital. The persistence needed to navigate the creative process is akin to riding a roller coaster with uncertainty and doubts along the way, yet ultimately finding the exhilarating ride worthwhile.
