The Seikei language, spoken in Nepal, is considered threatened as it is being encroached upon by Nepali and Betan. This language is also spoken in Central Asia, amidst major world languages such as Chinese, Persian, and Russian. Speakers of Seikei are typically fluent in Tajik as well, the language of Tajikistan. Unfortunately, Seikei faces the risk of being replaced by one of the dominant world languages.
