What should scrum masters consider a gradual introduction to scrum?

Scrum Masters should introduce Scrum gradually by starting with a sprint goal, a sprint, and maybe a retrospective. It is better to let team members experience the different Scrum events and then understand their purpose gradually. By starting with the most important elements such as a goal and a retrospective, rather than overwhelming them with everything at once, team members can have a more meaningful understanding and appreciation of Scrum.
