Balancing discipline and care for team members

Taking care of your team does not mean coddling or babying them, but instilling discipline within the organization and the individuals. The goal is to create a culture of discipline so that it comes from within, not imposed from outside. However, it's important to find the balance, as pushing too hard can lead to negative consequences, just like driving a car - pushing too hard can lead to a crash, but not pushing hard enough means not winning. As leaders, the goal is to push hard enough to win without going too far and causing harm.
