Expelling Thoughts for Peaceful Consciousness
To achieve a peaceful and stable state of consciousness, one should expel all thoughts related to form, sound, touch, taste, and smell, as well as thoughts of pain or happiness. By focusing on the consciousness within void of these distractions, one can attain a state of deep silence and stability. This state of consciousness should not be a stream of fleeting awareness but rather a continuous, undisturbed light devoid of any flickering reflections or movements of the mind.
