Overcoming the strong pull of comfortable habits necessitates recognizing and modifying the brain's inclination to maintain the status quo.
Today I'm going to teach you why you should be less motivated and how to achieve less motivation. This may sound insane because people are usually suffering from a lack of motivation. The problem isn't that you aren't motivated enough the problem is you are to motivated in the wrong direction.
