A study comparing missionaries categorized as 'Blessers' and 'Converters' showed that the 'Blessers' had significantly more success in converting people to Christ and creating social capital in the community. The 'Converters' had only two conversions in two years with minimal social impact, while the 'Blessers' saw a hundred conversions and also positively impacted the community. This highlights the importance of focusing on blessing people in order to effectively spread faith and improve communities.
