Every time the delta of efficiency score is greater than equal to four, three things happen. It's an irreversible behavior. One you experience a delta for productore service, you cannot go back. That's the second thing that you will hate uber. The third thing is, which i call it the u b p, a unique bragworthy proposition. And i realize that most startups are not looking at this. I'll give you simple framework or to think where it doesn't work.
