Autonomous AI vs Generative AI in Solving Problems

Autonomous AI focuses on solving operational problems by determining the best next operational step based on the current state of the plan. On the other hand, generative AI, such as chat GPT and LLM, addresses knowledge problems by extrapolating from existing knowledge, answering questions, and leveraging large bodies of knowledge to provide human-friendly responses. While these two AI paths are related and not completely separate, they represent parallel paths in solving operational and knowledge problems.
