Innovative ideas are born out of solving problems, and it's important to clearly identify the problem at hand to spur innovation. Instead of focusing on what is lacking, it's crucial to assess what resources are available, as even limited resources can be a catalyst for innovation. Companies often become less innovative when they rely too much on their resources, rather than fostering innovative ideas. Additionally, challenging the status quo by considering how to increase a result by tenfold can spark innovative ideas.
