Amazon is exploring 67 different ideas related to using generative AI chatbots to enhance not just their products, but also internal operations. These ideas include generating software code, marketing materials, creating engineering apps, and developing a search bar for Amazon shoppers. Despite legal advice against sharing confidential information with AI, Amazon is heavily investing in generative AI across all its businesses. In a similar vein, Oracle is partnering with Cohera to offer enterprise customers an easy way to train large language models while ensuring data privacy.
