The Four Tiers of Effectiveness

There are four tiers of effectiveness in organizational leadership: Tier 1 includes mission-critical activities without which the organization cannot function; Tier 2 involves important and strategic tasks that are significant but not critical; Tier 3 comprises activities that are meaningful but not essential, where not much would be lost if these were not done. Organizations should assess where their activities fall within these tiers to ensure optimal resource allocation and return on investment.
