Correction Through the Holy Spirit and Peers

Correction within the church community mainly occurs through the Holy Spirit and peers. The Holy Spirit enables people to speak prophetic words and guide leaders with correction. Peers provide correction by engaging in vulnerable and authentic conversations, addressing behaviors not aligned with the spirit. In a micro church setting, where there is no stage, open dialogue is encouraged, leading to a high rate of accountability and authenticity. Deceiving one's micro church community is challenging due to the transparency and support from both the Holy Spirit and peers in facilitating correction.
