After leaving the battery industry, I spent a lot of time searching for my next project. I became interested in the recruiting marketplace and decided to build Archer, an electric aircraft. I reached out to around 300 people, including those from NASA and professors, to gather information and insights. I immersed myself in learning about the technical aspects and physics of building electric aircraft. I made countless phone calls, cold-calling experts in the field. People were surprisingly willing to help and share their knowledge. Alongside my research, I also went back to school to study mechanical and aerospace engineering. In 2018, I attended an important event related to my project.
