How to Find Pleasure Without Trying
Finding pleasure is about observing the movement of sensations in the body or energy flow without active trying, such as enjoying a sunset or a breath. Pleasure is in the listening to the body's sensations, and trying to achieve it diminishes the experience. Unlike active trying, pleasure is about allowing and undoing, not doing. Enjoyment comes from letting go, which everyone can understand by feeling it.
