The Importance of Self-Awareness

The course at Yale began with a small seminar of 14 or 15 students and has grown to around 100 students each year due to high demand from students./nThe conversations in the course were found to be valuable outside of Yale as well, in places like prisons and the US military under the care of chaplains./nThe goal of the book is to offer access to religious, cultural, and philosophical traditions to a broader audience.
