Effective leaders exhibit curiosity, ask questions, and create space to understand and get the best out of others. They recognize the impact they can have, regardless of whether they manage a team, and understand the privilege and responsibility that comes with it. Leadership revolves around people, encompassing the accomplishment of goals, focusing, executing, and even failing. A good leader emphasizes inclusivity and teamwork, while also taking accountability for failures and attributing success to others.
