The typical breathing rate considered normal by doctors is actually higher than what is healthy, indicating a lack of proper breathing technique. Proper breathing involves exhaling fully to breathe from the bottom of the lungs. Similarly, water in its natural state with mineral salts and electrolytes is what the body craves, not just plain H2O, as the body needs the interplay between water molecules and minerals to function effectively. Consuming water devoid of natural elements leads to constant thirst as the body cannot absorb it, similar to overeating due to a lack of essential nutrients in food.
