i think he's done that more successully in some places than others. A space x, a lot of people give a ate credit to gwenshot,. But in tasla, not as much. Is there some aspect a what makes a good leader that if you disappear, it's still the thing still lives on? i love the fact that everyone looks at me and says "O jocko made this company" That fuels my ego, and it makes me feel good.
