Stoicism involves reading ancient texts like 'Meditations' and modern stoic books as a starting point. To practice stoicism as a way of life, focus on mindfulness through the practice of 'prasochi', which entails paying attention to your thoughts. When getting angry or upset, try to notice and catch these emotions as early as possible to prevent escalation.
