Independence in Film Financing

Raising money independently for a film about cast was difficult as studios were not interested. The strategy was to not approach studios since there are barriers to entry and they prioritise commercial success. Instead, the team raised money independently, with Anjana Ellis joining despite having other opportunities. They travelled to three continents in 37 days, using independent money with no additional funding.
