In the morning, we start our day with coffee and write down three things we're grateful for and three things we want to do to be better. Then we work out together and have breakfast. Throughout the day, we don't talk until lunch, where we eat together and catch up. After work, we have dinner and make sure to put our phones away. Instead of working, we spend quality time together by going for walks, watching movies, or simply talking on the balcony.
