Corporate communication apps often recreate the very problems they're trying to solve, as collaborative communication inherently presents unsolvable problems. Moving to a new platform may seem like a relief, but ultimately reintroduces the same issues. This pattern encourages bad user behavior, such as ignoring notifications, marking messages as read without responding, which provides a false sense of relief but does not address the underlying problem.
