Investment in Historically Black Colleges and Rural Infrastructure
The Biden administration has invested $7 billion in historically black colleges and universities, more than any other president in history. This investment is aimed at supporting the brilliant HBCU students. Additionally, the administration has focused on rural infrastructure, including 40,000 projects to rebuild roads and bridges, providing affordable high-speed internet across America, and removing poisonous lead pipes to ensure clean water for all children, especially in areas that historically lacked access to such amenities.
