The Endless Nature of Inner Happiness

True happiness lies within oneself and is not dependent on external factors like location or time. Atma Ananda, the joy of the soul, is constantly present and not limited by space or time. It is not tied to altitude, specific locations, or future events like death or heaven. This happiness is not categorized as thamasic, rajasic, or sattric joy which are associated with laziness, worldly pleasures, or ambition fulfillment respectively.
