Farmers, also known as charmers, prioritize building a connection but may overlook showcasing their qualifications with concrete examples. Examiners view interviews as tests, focusing on professionalism and brevity in their responses. Harmonizers see interviews as opportunities to join a team, emphasizing collective achievements over individual successes.
