Nobody lacks energy. What you lack is the ability to turn those stored calories into utilizable energy at a fast enough rate. Breathing and walking, by the way, are the only two functional movements that we have as humans. So when we speak about balancing your structure, all that means in my mind is, i want to have an equal amount of pulling on my scaletal system, left to right, front to back and rotationally. That's what i'm looking for.
