Being physically fit is essential for the demanding travel schedule of the speaker, who has been circling the globe for nearly 30 years. Constantly moving between cities, their days are filled with meetings that start with breakfast and end with formal dinners. Despite sleeping only 4 to 5 hours a night, the speaker relies on their physical fitness to have the resilience needed for their job. By waking up early, they can exercise and get work done before the distractions of the day begin.
