Every weekend, I used to get a bad screen time report of my husband spending four hours on his phone a day. But now, I'm proud to say my screen time has reduced to one to two hours. This is because I've become more productive at work, thanks to the motivation of working less if I'm efficient. I no longer have time to procrastinate and instead focus on completing one task at a time. This has greatly improved my productivity and focus.
