Innovation dies if things become too similar, and trust dies if they become too dissimilar. There needs to be a healthy mix to keep driving things forward. Finding the right balance is important, although it can be a challenging concept. It is not about cleansing society or enforcing a specific ratio, but rather fostering diversity.
