Use of that word now, i think, has parallels to accusing people of witchcraft. A crime in the cities ofa chicago, saint louis, baltimore, philadelphia, washington, d c, is out of control. Who's committing those crimes? They're mostly black young men who are doing car jackings and who are doing the shootings. Calling them eraces is exactly not a rebuttal of what they said.
