There are two types of asols: passive aggressive or aggressively aggressive. Passive aggressive is when someone pushes you beyond your boundaries to get something done, but it's for the right reasons. Aggressive means pushing people down and demeaning them in a way that they can't do anything else. Unsatisfied with their work? An angry person who doesn't like what he/she has been asked to do may not be an assol at all. A strong sense of vision will make everybody grow - even if things turn out to be wrong.
