At night, when I can't sleep, I have a book and a small red LED light on my nightstand. It helps me pass the time and sometimes even puts me back to sleep. I always have a different book on my nightstand, and I recommend others to do the same. Reading has taught me so much more than what I learned in med school. If you want to start understanding something, start with a book. I suggest 'Health and Light' by John Ott, it's a small but informative book about the importance of light and electromagnetism.
