Conversational AI should adhere to the same rules as text-based AI, ensuring a safe environment by training the agent to stay on task. While Gene, the current AI, is low-risk due to producer oversight, autonomous agents pose higher risks. Despite technological advancements, models are prone to bias, which can't be eliminated entirely as human bias is crucial. The critical issue lies in unconscious or manipulative bias, not bias itself.
