To solve the problem of serving low-population states like Idaho, Teladoc created the Super Doc program. They obtained licenses for their best doctors in multiple states, including Idaho, and ensured that patients could still get a physician within 12 minutes. This program, inspired by Superman, allowed Teladoc to maintain customer satisfaction in all 50 states.
