Effective learning starts with a clear definition of one's goals. Begin by asking, 'What am I trying to achieve?' This foundational question shapes the learning process. Once the end goal is crystalized, identify the necessary actions to reach that goal, understanding that such actions will require specific knowledge and strategies. This structured approach ensures that learning is purposeful and directed toward concrete outcomes, minimizing the risk of acquiring irrelevant information.
