Dating with anxiety can bring shyness, introversion, and a heightened concern about how others perceive you. This can lead to feeling closed off to new experiences and difficulties in putting oneself in novel social situations. People with anxiety may find it more complicated and difficult to put themselves out there, as their intense perception of potential negative outcomes and heightened sensitivity to others' opinions can hinder their ability to enjoy the dating process.
