You can do this manually if you want. You can physically write this stuff down. Thereae a whole bunch of ways to do it. The medium doesn't really matter. What matters is the content. And the content is just going to be you going in and keeping track of the projects that you've worked on. So personally, i like to operate this way. Whenever there's a new project that ops up,. i like to go at it to my tracker.
