Connectors in the Team Connection

The manager in the team connection identifies individual differences. They're known to create a more inclusive team environment so that people feel respected and comfortable sharing their skills with one another. The third connection is what we call the organization connection. And this is really all about how connectors have the self-awareness to recognize that they don't have all of the skills that their employees need.
