How to Tell if a Person is Dead
A person who has a Glasgow Coma Score of 3 or more fixed dilated pupils, apnea, no brainstem reflexes, and no confounding or reversible condition is dead./nThe body is alive but the brain is not working and will not recover./nThe patient is referred to as "somatic support" after the determination of a brainbased death has occurred.
