NOTE

Hold Your Boundaries

Setting and holding boundaries is essential for maintaining good relationships, both personally and professionally. It can be challenging to confront others when they cross our boundaries, but it is necessary to address it in order to have healthy relationships. Failing to set and hold boundaries can result in finding oneself in a state of confusion and uncertainty. Making exceptions to our boundaries sends a message that we do not follow our own rules, leading to others testing our limits. This can cause frustration and anger among people. It is crucial to hold strong lines and avoid making exceptions, as it can lead to messy situations and difficulties in navigating unclear boundaries. The ability to say no to things we do not want to do is a valuable skill, but as we progress in our careers, the challenges of saying no also increase. Continuously learning and practicing the skill of setting and holding boundaries is important as we climb higher in our personal and professional lives.
