How much lean mass and strength are people losing by time? Cause i think this is another thing i try to communicate to patience a lot, which is, it goes back to that idea of what i said about the gravity of aging. But basically, you look at multiple studies, they 're going to say meant, the lowest rate of decline that i could see is one % per year.
