Understanding Alignment and Mindfulness in Decision Making
Alignment in decision making involves choosing what parts of our internal experience we want to give life to, based on clarity and wisdom. By recognizing the various aspects within us and considering the consequences of our choices, we align ourselves with what is wise and beneficial. Through mindfulness and practice, we can shift from passively following our thoughts to consciously deciding which mind states to engage with.
