Interconnected Global Crises and Underlying Drivers
The world is facing interconnected existential risks including climate change, biodiversity loss, nuclear war risk, income inequality, and artificial intelligence risk, all of which are symptoms of a failing world system. The three major common underlying drivers to all global crises are identified as market economy with perverse incentives, externalities of growth, business, and industry, and groove coordination problems like the multipolar trap.
