How to Set Up a Video Editing Team

We have a team of seven, with most of them being editors. We put a lot of emphasis on editing our videos, as we have both long form and short form content. In addition to the editors, we have one writer/researcher and one person who helps with setup. Having multiple editors allows us to work on multiple videos at once and ensures that everyone is involved. Tech adds an extra challenge because we need to be responsive to the news cycle. To address this, I've divided my team into two: an editing team A focused on efficiency and getting videos out quickly, and an editing team B focused on non-time-sensitive projects. This setup ensures that every video is thorough and interesting.
