Being oblivious to the microbiome means missing out on one of the most optimizing strategies in life. To improve your microbiome, cut out chlorine, antibiotics, and food preservatives, and add in a variety of fermented foods. These foods disrupt harmful microbes, curb cravings, and promote a healthy gut. Even if you dislike fermented foods, it's a sign that your body needs them. Start small by trying a little kimchi juice and gradually increase intake. Be cautious not to overconsume, as an excess of microbes can make you sick.
